The EXC Hero V1

THE CHALLENGE

Due to the External Threads on this water bottle the E1 rotary attachment would not calibrate correctly. Therefore it would not allow us to print on the bottle at all.

THE SOLUTION

We designed and 3D printed a coupling that fits perfectly over the threads to allow a proper calibration of the bottles Height, Diameter, and circumference.

THE RESULT

A very cool Engineer inspired design that any engineer would find fascinating.
